Healthwise


Being healthy need not always to be associated with the financial status. Taking care of oneself requires discipline on physical and mental aspects. The two consists of various stages depending on lifestyle and the ability to cope up with other mental stress that goes in different cycle and phases of daily life. On physical side , the food consumption play an important part to attain a healthy body. Good nutritional food coupled with daily exercise could result to a ideal health. Food high in nutritional value is not always expensive, in fact balance meal consist of basic good vegetables and fruits. Temptation to indulge on some delicious foods which could be harmful to health cannot be ignore otherwise, in doing so the awareness to control the effects through physcical activities will remove harmful toxins in the body will be of great contribution to good health. The road to good health could easily be attain by having the will to do so. Maybe the perspective that life will not be enjoyed to the fullest otherwise without the healthy body anyway. Keep in mind..to strive for good health, good body and sound mind.
